Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ngon Ngon Meals, all meals are prepared fresh to order. Because we schedule production and purchase ingredients in advance, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to all weekly meal orders.

Delivery Day Cancellations

 

  • Once meals are prepared or delivered, orders are non-refundable.

  • If delivery is attempted and the customer is unavailable, the driver will leave meals at the designated delivery location.

  • No refund will be issued for unclaimed deliveries.

No Refund After Delivery

 

Ngon Ngon Meals is not responsible for meals once they have been delivered. No refund, replacement, or credit will be issued in the following situations:

  • Meals were not refrigerated promptly after delivery

  • Improper storage caused food spoilage

  • Meals were left outside for an extended period

  • Theft, loss, or damage occurred after delivery

  • The customer provided the wrong delivery address

  • The customer missed delivery or failed to pick up an order

Once meals are delivered to the address provided, all responsibility transfers to the customer.

Incorrect or Missing Items

 

If we made a mistake with your order:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will replace the missing or incorrect item or issue store credit.

  • Refunds to the original payment method are only issued in special approved cases.

Food Quality Concerns

 

  • If there is a quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A photo or video is required for review.

  • Approved claims may receive a replacement meal, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.

Food Allergy Disclaimer

 

  • Our kitchen handles soy, wheat, egg, dairy, shellfish, peanuts, and tree nuts.

  • We do not guarantee allergen-free meals.

  • Customers must inform us of allergies before ordering.

  • Ngon Ngon Meals is not liable for allergic reactions.

Food Safety Responsibility

 

  • Due to health regulations, we do not accept returns on any food items.

  • Customers are responsible for proper refrigeration and reheating after delivery.

  • Meals should be refrigerated immediately and consumed within 3–5 days or frozen.

Payment Terms

 

  • All orders must be paid 100% upfront at checkout.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery Policy

 

  • Delivery is available within our service area, and fees apply based on location.

  • Meals will be left at the door if the customer is unavailable.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
